Saskatoon offers many opportunities and advantages to business. A large part of Saskatoon Regional Economic Development Authority Inc.'s mission is to create awareness of the business opportunities and resources that are available to local companies and organizations around the world. Our team of economic development professionals is dedicated to helping companies find the information they need to thoroughly evaluate the Saskatoon Region.

SREDA has developed programs and strategies to assist existing businesses with their continued growth:

i. Local Business Expansion Assistance

SREDA staff provides location assistance, negotiation of applicable incentives and facilitation of project financing to promote the development of existing industry within the Saskatoon region.

ii. Marketing and Promotion

SREDA markets the products and skills of local companies through our online supplier database. SREDA promotes the move from research and development to product commercialization, adding to our technology industry base.

iii. Online Business Directory
 
Creates awareness of products made in the Saskatoon region. It also creates awareness of imported products that have potential to be produced locally. The Business Directory includes information on more than 1,200 local industrial companies operating in the Saskatoon region
 
iv. Business Attraction
 
Companies choose to locate in the Saskatoon Region because of our:
